I often talk of listening to my music through my 'cans', meaning my headphones. Never heard the slang used for breasts, though. I wouldn't hear much if i tried to listen to my music through those cans :-)

I'm reminded of when my friend was paddling in the sea, with his 3-year-old French nephew, on a beach in France where the ladies were all topless.

He didn't know where to look (although I suspect he'd already been taking a good look anyway) when the little lad pointed at the well-endowed lady paddling next to them and shouted at the top of his voice: "Oncle Derek! Oncle Derek! BALLONS!!!"
