Another Medical Mystery Solved By Dr. Squad

A young woman attended Dr. Squad’s surgery and said ‘I’ve got a problem, I’ll need to undress to show you.’ Dr. Squad directed her behind a screen where she could undress.
After removing her dress, the young woman reappeared and said ‘It’s these.’ pointing to the inside of her thighs where there were two bright green circles clearly visible, one on each thigh.
Dr. Squad examined the circles carefully, and gently rubbed each circle – after some consideration he concluded his diagnosis; Dr. Squad asked the young woman ‘Tell me, do you have a gypsy lover?’
Embarrassed, the young woman blushed and said ‘Yes, actually I do.’
‘There you go then,’ said Dr Squad. ‘You’ll have to tell him that his ear-rings aren’t actually made of gold.’
