Say that you have finally grown up and that you are sorry. It would help if you could honestly say to them that you understand how hard it has been for them to care for you and do their best for you even though you have been so rude to them.

What others have said. Talk to them, apologise, tell them you want a relationship with them and although you know you were a *** to them, you want the chance to repair the damage done.
