Should I Quit My Main Job?
20 Answers
I'm (26F) currently working two jobs, my main job is Team Lead at Walmart (18hr), and my side job is a server.
The only reason I have two jobs is so I could save money faster, however over the last few months I keep thinking of want to quit my team lead job. I struggle to get out of bed some days and I've called out twice this month just because I couldn't stomach going into work. With the lack of staff and a manager that micromanages me, I feel like no matter what I do at work it's never enough and ever since I got my Team Lead job I've gained like 30lbs and I honestly I never feel like doing anything productive/active anymore because I'm just tired by the end of the day.
I'm hesitant to quit, because In March I'll be getting my yearly bonus and it'll probably only be like 3k. Would it be stupid to give that up? March is still so far away and honestly the holiday seasons are going to be rough I know it.
I did the math and if I go full-time as a server I will still be able to pay my bills comfortably.
I feel like I'm having something like a quarter life crisis, I know I don't want to be at Walmart for 5+ more years or in management.

Well 55-60 hours a week is to much to be sustainable especially if your hating the team leader bit.
