Csa And A Parent Denying Parentage
2 Answers
Here’s a scenario- A&B are married. A has an affair with C and a baby results. The baby is given B’s surname and he is named on the birth certificate. One year on C takes a DNA - he’s the father. A goes to CSA to claim money from C for the child. He refuses to pay saying (despite private DNA) he is not the father.
Can A claim even though B is on the birth certificate?
