For Asian see Muslim.
Heads should roll over this, every policeman and council official involved should lose their jobs and pensions.

Stories like this sicken me to the core, made worse by the fact they’re in a position to do something about it. Pure filth all of them.

Paigntonian, but i do blame a lot of them, the hard core fanatics or true believers, as they would see non muslims as less then, and deserving of what muslim men do to them, never seen any uproar in there communities about it or any giving evidence to the police about it or any imams or community leaders denouncing it, it's one of those things that will just go away by itself.. all lies by the kuffars.
I thought it odd that Peter Pedant actually opened a thread recently on this subject - and it quickly attracted comments from posters who normally steer clear of the subject (other than to turn the discussion into one about Islamophobia). But I did read the report he linked to and then it all became clear.
Typically, the report attempts to exonerate Rotherham Police because of a throwaway comment about the need to expose the gangs because that is better for the muslim community than to ignore them. This shred of 'evidence' has been jumped on and is used repeatedly in the report to suggest there hasn't been a deliberate attempt to appease the muslim community there.
They're saying the opposite in Telford - loud and clear. There was a deliberate attempt to appease the muslim community there and they believe it cost lives, not just ruined them, but Peter Pedant trots out that report again. You have to wonder, why?

10ClarionSt, as a rulePeter Pedant isn't coy about letting everyone know what he thinks he knows.
Fender62, I agree with the general point you make about the silence coming from the muslim community, but there are exceptions. Manchester's (hardline) Deobandi mosque in Didsbury is where the arena bomber worshipped. An imam at the mosque denounced the attack - he's now in hiding and under police protection because of the abuse and death threats he received for doing so.

Anyone who has worked in the public services on the last 30 years will tell you that hands were tied because of the need not to upset the 'Community' and the ones responsible knew that we were powerless, they would tell you! I'm glad to see more being brought to light at last but it's unfair to blame those in a position entirely.
A trivial example but when my car was vandalised in the school car park the Deputy Head came over all guns blazing, until we discovered that it was a boy 'of colour', suddenly I was over-reacting about 'a bit of metal', community relations trumped my car.
