Men stand at a row of say ten urinals. Out, pee, shake, in and many men leave with no hand washing.....Tut!
That urinal space would only accommodate about five cubicles for women.
Handbag to hang up. Knickers and tights to deal with. Make sure nothing is tucked in where it shouldn't be before we leave. In the cubicle takes much longer.
Then.
Hands washed properly. Hair titivated. Lipstick touched up. Bit of chat with the girl at the next sink. Look in the long mirror near the door.
Leave.
