live with my mother. There are two wells on the property. One of thwm i don't think is even in use
anymore. The water Is all murky, and same with the one we actually get our water from. I had our water tested, and they said it has coliform in the water. Also, from my understanding if a well is contaminated, it can contaminate the ground water as well, and spread for miles. Also, when I looked inside the wells, there were mosquito larva swimming around, so we are contributing to the mosquito population. I told my mom this, and she was like "oh good lord!" That's what she says when she thinks I'm overreacting. She has no interest in doing anything about it after I told her what the dangers are. I told he that she's a sociopath, and now she's crying in her bedroom.

I don't think name calling was called for. Be the bigger person, go apologise and make up again.

First, apologise to your mother for your nastiness. Your mother is unlikely to be a sociopath, and even if she was name-calling like this does a lot of harm.
Secondly, explain patiently and kindly to your mother that you need to report the problems you have observed in the well to the appropriate authority who look after public health. Your mother may not be happy about this, but try to make her realise that it needs to be done to protect her health as well as yours and the health of the wider community.
Be patient with your mother and stop calling her names. She raised you - she has a right to respect from you.
