Should I Tell My Nephew And His Gf That There Is Mold In My Moms House

I live with my mom. My nephew who is 19, moved in with his gf who is 18 about a week ago. Anyways, a while ago I found mold under two sinks, and a lot behind the hot water machine. Several other places too. I told my mom, and she doesn't really seem to care. Well, I'm pretty sure I should warn my nephew and his gf asap so they can decided whether or not they want to stay.

Tell them if you wish, but do not make a big drama of it.  Just clean the mould with a bleach and water solution.

I don't think some bleach and water will get rid of it. The drywall needs to be replaced

It will short term.  Just tell your mother and stop worrying about stuff you can do nothing about.

Just tell your mum she needs to get some mould spray to treat it, or else  youre going to buy some.

As you work for a commercial cleaning company, maybe they can advise??  If the couple are looking for somewhere to stay, I doubt what you have mentioned will put them off!

4 adults living in the same house should be able to clean up a bit of mold. Form a working party!

I wouldn't bother telling them as they will soon move out when they realise how paranoid you are and how you seem to delight in dropping other people in it.
