I am, of course, referring to Bill Bailey, I've been a fan for years. I was genuinely surprised to see he he had cut his hair. I thought he might have had a trim for Strictly and was pleased he was still Bill.

His hair wasn't just a look, it was part of his character too.  Bill often used it for comedic affect in his routines and on his panel show gigs.  He missed a trick though, he could have raised a lot of money for charity, like men who shave their beards off.
