Good Morning Early Birds - I’m Back : )
What a mad, tiring, chaotic few days it's been. But very rewarding. Have driven miles, managed to see all 3 children that I'd planned to, all grandchildren, I've been here there and everywhere..... driven down lanes where I couldn't even see my hand in front of my face, seen rabbits running around outside the hotel entrance lol.....so after all of that I drive home yesterday afternoon. Luckily the M25 was kind to me lol. Am shattered today, but happy : )

Weatherwise its a bit brighter her, its been a surprise to see the big yellow thing in the sky after so many weeks. We arent doing much today but thats normal for us.
Have a happy day everyone
Good morning Smow, glad you are back and stood up to all that racing around. So glad you managed to do all you wanted and so thoroughly enjoyed your self. I have not driven on a motorway in years and have no wish to do so, but OH keeps saying I really ought to, to keep up my driving skills and give the car a "blow out".
Sun is out here and it does not seem as cold. Might even try to get some weeds out of the garden before the frost sets in. Enjoy the rest of your day, and relax. What you don't do today will still be there tomorrow! On that philosophical note I will depart.
lol, morning guys. Tbh I preferred the hotel - I'm such an insomniac etc that I'm up half the night anyway, and I got an incredible deal on a little place in middle point for all of them, so I just slept there then woke up and drove to whoever/wherever that specific morning!
Daughter doesn't have any room whatsoever as she is living in a static caravan at the mo whilst saving for a house deposit
Eldest sons baby is less than a week old so they really do not want house guests, and middle sons house is so small you can't swing a small cat!
