And its easy to write comments like that once its bought to attention.

Personally I cant believe these things still go on in this country.  Poor kids who didnt deserve it suffer like this all the time and somehow seem to slip though the net.  How?  That is the question that should be asked and we should no longer accept "Lessons will be learnt"  becuase they wont be.
