I am currently arranging a 30th Party for my partner with a James Bond theme and would appreciate any ideas!

I have brought a cheap roulette wheel and black jack set and booked our local golf club for about 80 people.

Any ideas would be much appreciated!

Buy yourself some gold body paint

depends on the tone you are going for really - glitz and glamour or fun... but heres a few off the top of my head

you could hire someone to be covered in gold face-paint makeup and hand round drinks or whatever, or even hire some lookalikes - most agencies will have a james bond - one of each bond - perhaps even a shirley bassey or a few of the other characters - i guess that depends on your budget - though there are websites wheer you can buy cardboard cutouts.

cheaper option buy some pack of those witches fingers, eyeballs, spikey dog toys(thunderball) and toy guns and spray them gold - just for a laugh.

also get some movie posters around the walls

make name tags for the food "gold finger food" "octopussy seafood", "moonraker cake", "Dr. No fat chips", "Thunderball pickles", "Golden eye salad" etc

lots of martini, cocktails shakers and glasses, fake diamonds, gold sparkle,

if you are having a sit down dinner label the tables with the film names - "the living daylights table" etc

how about a james bond theme quiz?

a huge pic of JB - you know the one with the red circle around it, on a board, with his head cut out and people can put their head through a have a pic taken - you know like those old seaside postcard type ones
