my stepsons mam is taking us to court to try and get visitation rights to see her son as he does not wish to see her.me and my partner have always streesed to him that he can see his mam any time he wishes. he has been through a lot in the past couple of years with his mam lying to him hence why he doesnt wish to see her. what rights does she have in court and will carl have to go through going to court

At his age his own personal wishes would be taken into consideration quite seriously.Am not sure if he would have to go to court,but a solicitor would be able to advise you.

thanks kazzianne im having a nightmare with my partners ex she is claiming i am poisioing her sons mind against her and she says she is going to take me to court and report me to the social services yet all i have done is try to make peace and raise her son for the last 4 years whilst she moved 400 miles away from him
