i have never made an issue of it, just a kind of matter of fact thing that some kids do, it can be a sign of anxiety as you prob know, so i just reasure him its not a problem if he does it. there are no magic cure for it and in time they grow out of it :o)

First and foremost, don't make a big deal out of this because it may be caused by anxiety, and will certainly cause it if your little one feels she is being a nuicance / dirty / childish, and so on. Have a gentle word with her during the day time, don;t mention the bed-wetting, and have a quick word with her teacher as well.
Practically, try not to let your daughter drink anything after about six in the evening, just a small cupfull of milk or what ever at bed time. Set your clock for about midnight, and wake her gently and take her for a wee, and pop her back. Eventually her brain will learn to recognise the 'bladder full' signal and wake her up so she can go to the loo herself.
Lastly, make sure she is getting enough sleep - if she is too deeply asleep to pick up the 'bladder full' message, she will simply sleep through and wet the bed.
Remember, all children grow out of this, so be patient.

strangely enough she can mak it through the night when we offer surprises for getting through a dry week but when no surprise is on offer she starts again also she and her brother come to think of it seem to drink constantly or want to any way obviously we dont give them anything roughly an hour before bed her brother seems to have no problem though we thought maybe an infection or something
cut down on drinks after 5 make them have a wee before they go to bed then lift them after they have been asleep around 2 hours lift them and get them to wee again a tap running helps and this should help develop a habit of going on there own but most importantly if he has a accident dont make a big fuss but if hes dry all night make a fuss we done it with my own son and it seem to help good luck
We managed to get our 4 year old boy to stay dry by encouraging him to drink well during the day and then cutting right back on fluids after 5pm. We then got him to do a wee as soon as we went upstairs to start getting ready for bed, before bath, story etc. and then right before lights out, got him to go and do one final wee.
This got him to stay dry almost immediately!
We had tried lifting him but every time we didn't lift him he wet, we thought it wasn't doing him any favours as his bladder was just getting used to being emptied at that time of night.
Good Luck!
