I am sure that the police are pretty familiar with girls (women) who are the agressor in this type of situation. Hopefully a visit from the Bill will put an end to this without you ever having to go to court.
take photocopies of the text messages and do not delete them from your phone. Either take them to the police station or wait until she turns up at the house again and call the police. It doesn't matter about you being the guy in the relationship. You could go to a solicitors to get an injunction, but maybe the police turning up will scare her enough to leave you alone. You could also get in touch with your phone provider once you have a crime reference number and get your phone number changed. Hope this is of help.
Yay! glad to hear it, us in a blue uniform don't always give bad advice! However, yep you could get an injunction, but has she continued to do it? I hope this will be the end of it as far as unwanted visits are concerned and you know you can call us out if she comes back, just keep the crime reference handy. An injunction will cost a lot of money even if you can get one!
ok she backed off for awhile but now she seems to be more determined than ever they phone calls have doubled and she is turning up at my work now i have told the police they have had words again with her but im nor sure if thats going to help im reaching the end of my rope and im starting to wonder if im ever going to be free of her
