i still live with my ex boyfriend and i cant get him to move out and i'm not finacially stable to move out myself. the house is rented by the both of us and the house is in both of our names so really i want to know do i have a leg to stand on?

If you can�t move out because of your financial situation how can you afford to keep the flat on if he moves out? Or are you planning to move someone in? Why not toss a coin to see who moves out.

yeh i suppose i could. i dont really want to think about moving anyone else in until he has moved oyut if he will!
