50th Birthday!

Its my mums 50th soon and I have arranged a suprise party etc... but what do I get her for a gift - I can't find anything 'special' , so ideas are v. welcome

For my mum's 50th we took her to Blackpool pleasure beach for the day. She went on all the rides, Big One, Revolution etc. Ice cream, fish & chips during the day. We took lots of photos and presented them in an album. She says that was the best birthday she's ever had.

My children took my wife and myself, both 50 at the same time, to a gliding club for the day. We both had 3 flights in a glider, with an instructor, and were allowed to fly the glider on each flight. A wonderful experience that will never be forgotten by either of us. Thanks again kids.
