Anything Bratz.... Or for the more mature 10yr old, Playboy (personally, i find it a little too old for them, but by, they grow up quick)
Nintendo DS games/WII/PS/XBox games (check with parents to see what game station & games they have) anything to do with Sims 3+ is usually dead interesting for them & keeps em out of trouble for hours!!
Make up (but the more grown up stuff)
Hair braiders/straighteners/crimpers - particularly anything by "Mary,Kate & Ashley"

Woolies/Boots/Asda all good places to get any of the above

I've only gone by what my 10yo girl likes, but hope it helps
photo shoot? cinema vouchers? crocs? theme park tickets? posh dinner?
Adopt a duck from the Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust, or something along those lines.
Lots of zoos and animal homes have sponsorship/adoption schemes, you get a picture of your animal and an update, for example if your ringed duck is found & its ring read, you will hear about it.
If she has so much stuff anyway you're running out of ideas, this could be both interesting, long lasting and an example of spreading your bounty.
Digital camera?
Mobile Phone?
New Clothes?
Portable T.V for the bedroom?
Digital Radio?
Days out?
New duvet cover and matching curtains

Sorry just usual ideas - not easy is it?
