Survival pack for sister going to uni

My little sister is off to uni this weekend, I'm devastated as it makes me feal very old. Anyway, I want to put together a survival pack for her, things that I used to resent buying or fail to realise I even needed to buy. Sadly I can't remember anything so has anybody got any suggestions? I'm going to get her lots of bathroom items but would quite like to get her something fun too!

I am a mature student at uni and I have seen many of my fellow younger students accumulate the following... perhaps you can get her one or two before she goes...lol

A collection of empty alcohol bottles on the window sills of their room...

A traffic cone

A men at work warning road work sign

A shopping trolley...

Kidding...

A photo of you both in a nice frame,
mobile top up
pens!!! ( the younger students are constantly nicking mine!!)
a voucher for a local spa treatment ( for when they are stressed)
A tacky ornament for their room widow sill
A poster of someone fit
A calender with birthdays written on

my fellas nephews have just left for uni.

after a lot of looking we managed to find them a tea cosy and a loo roll holder, you know the one with a sindy doll in a big knitted dress!!!

They were so excited, they were arguing over who got which :)

Make her a CD of cheesy pop / disco / 70's music that she can play, just before she goes out to the student bars to get drunk on a tenner, cheers!

When I went to unie , my dad bought me a deep fat fryer, it made me very popular as I could cook chips any time of the day or night. Now it's the days of health food, buy her a tofu burger maker.......I was always cold, so a warm duvet would go down a treat.

The list is endless but how about a toastie machine for those late night munchies. Oh and a first aid kit might be a good idea.

One thing might be a letter that she is only allowed to read when she is utterly, utterly miserable and missing home. Write that you miss her too, but you are proud of her and that she will be fine. It worked for me when I emigrated (thanks sis!)
