Local newsagents near me never accept money off coupons- is this legal -or do they have the right to refuse?

yes they can refuse, they have to post them off to redeam them and it isn;t worth the postage if they do not have an account with the company, which most havn;t, some cash and carries will take them off the shop owner but not many.

Anyone can refuse anything in the way of payment that's not legal tender,
