I need help tracing an old friend in Cardiff
2 Answers
I need to find an old friend in Cardiff for a colleague of mine.
' I am looking for someone named Nour Kumar (although this may be spelt Noor). He used to work for Grindlays Bank 28 years ago - now part of Standard Chatered. I am only in the UK for a few days from Jordan and wish to find an old friend before I return.'

Second, if I were you I would write to the local newspaper (a Google search will find this for you). Write a letter for the readers' letters page, simply repeating your question above.
Third, check out the voters' roll (go to the local council offices or visit the Citizens' Advice Bureau).
Good luck.

This finds nine Kumars in Cardiff, one of whom has the other name beginning with N. Why not try?
