Claustrophobic

im 37weeks and been feeling Claustrophobic for a few weeks its gettin worse! i cant sit in bed with covers over me i hate having tight clothes on, and i hate it when my partner is to close to me in bed at night. im starting to really panic and get really frustrated i cant breath proply and i just feel like screaming! has anyone eles ever felt like this? is it normal to feel so Claustrophobic? im not even big i was 7stone before and now im just over 8 so its not like iv got really big!

You can also discuss whether it is worth considering anything like drugs which could relax you more in situations which make you feel uncomfortable.
NHS referrals can be quite long so worth checking out private ones. The money may be worth it if it's affecting your life that much.
See if you can find any other relaxation therapy that you feel comfortable with like meditation or visualisation, learn to find a safe relaxing place within yourself to help you when you feel uncomfortable.

just because youre 8 stone makes no difference. Your body will now be feeling the extra weight and pressure of your baby on your lungs etc.
If baby isnt fully engaged then it will feel more uncomfortable, you are also carrying more blood, to supply you and baby, so that in turn makes you feel hotter, you heart may be pumping harder too.
BUT have a word with your midwife, thats what are there for, and tell her how you are feeling. Im sure that many women feel like this in the last few weeks, i know i did.
