Back to work after so long off!

I am due to go back to work in 3 weeks after months off on Maternity leave! Am excited but scared too!
I know what it is like going back to work after a couple of weeks off on holiday let alone months!
I feel that i will get there and i would have forgotten how to do my job and what i am supposed to do!
Anyone else felt like this?

What would you like to see re-invented?
