I don't know if anyone remembers but just before xmas I asked if anyone knew where I could get gloves with string on as I was going to get some for my friend as a joke as she is always losing hers. Well I was going to just make some with elastic but in the end I was just so busy I didn't. Anyway last night I noticed my best friend has some!! So maybe they are coming back in fashion, or maybe she just needs some.

I haven't seen those type of gloves for a while here , solves the problem of "Do I pick it up ? " when you drop one and the superstition is there ....hee

Not sure what the saying is hun , but it's considered bad luck if you drop a glove and pick it up yourself , someone else is supposed to pick it up for you .:-)

That's true bigmamma (well it is in my world) but you're not supposed to thank the person who picked it up...

I've had to pick up my own glove twice this week...it was either that or have one frozen hand :o)

I don't wear them , I 've lost too many of one because if I drop anything outside of my house I can't always pick it up .
.....well I could , but then someone would have to pick me up when I'm stuck down there !

Not say thank you, My God I�d feel really bad. I don�t wear gloves either as I cant drive with them, so I don�t bother rest of the time. Maybe in the snow
