Hi i am a non resident mother with a court order or contact. my contact is as follows 3 weekends in every 4 5pm fri untill 5pm sun alternate xmas and birthday and half of all school holidays. It states who ever has her xmas the other parent has boxing day so he had her xmas this year but then didnt allow me to ahve her untill 5pm boxing day is this fair? & nbsp; also he has stopped me seeing her for the first 2 weekends in jan saying first that she was on school holiday so my weekends didnt count ( but i would have been entiled to half of this ) so then he changed his story and said its because he was rearraging the weekends so her birthday falls on my weekend but it would have anyway?so it got to the 16th when he said i could have her and i went to collect he said as i had moved and only informed his solicitor and not the court i cant have her untill i tell the court and sent me away i dont know what to do?

he sounds like he was being a bit funny with your address situation there, you informed HIS solisitor afterall so i think he had no right to stop access. Have you wondered why all of a sudden he is being funny with you, could it possibly be that he has started seeing someone new and wants to play 'happy families' with her, or could it possibly be that your daughter has said something? either way i think youy need to see your solisitor as it sounds like he is not keeping to his side.

no hes always difficult as i got married to someone else in september my daughters only 3 ... i doubt anyone else would have him lol

Any chance you might want to go back to court and apply for full custody, as this guy is taking the p1ss?
