Breech of Defined Contact Order
At a recent Directional Hearing, it was decided that a defined contact order should be put in place as a temporary measure until the case goes to the Family Proceedings Court. When the specifics of the order were being defined, I asked if it was permitted for me to phone my son at night to say Goodnight?, but the judge was very clear that contact may only take place during the times stated on the order, by those mentioned. However, since this order was issued, I received 4 texts from my ex-partner, which clearly attempted to provoke a reaction. Given that I am not allowed to contact my son to say Good night, has she breeched the order, and what are the consequences of this?
