If you want to have a marriage in a catholic church to a muslim you sometimes can. If a local priest agrees to do this he needs to obtain permission first firstly from his bishop.
I was married in a mosque in Turkey although I am catholic (and we were already married in the church here) but I'm not sure a mosque here would allow a mixed marriage.
