hi all i have been accused of child abuse on my 7 year old daughter
i have not seen for 6 months because her mother had said she did not want to come to my house
my wife moved out with the girls in august and I had them 3 weekends before she stopped me seeing them
she said that my 7 year old will not come to mine we had a row and I was arrested and done for A B H (I never did it) I'm now on a 6 month suspended and community service .
and all of a sudden my 7 year old is saying I touched her and my 5 year old is saying she saw it!
I really think the mother has put this in the girls head because I am fighting to see them and I am dragging her though court
Help.why is she doing this
whats going to happen to me

My uncle went through something similar and though I know it's painful.....the truth comes out in the end.
The judge believed him, as he should have done and he and his daughter, who's 24 now have a fantastic relationship.
Try not too worry too much.

ummmm is right - there will be procedures in place for this type of thing.
People 'attack' in this way due to feeling threatened in some way - maybe your ex wife is afraid that you will take the children from her or perhaps she is not happy that you and her split up for whatever reason. Sometimes feeling defenceless can make people act in a way other 'rational' people would find disgraceful. The children are quite young and can perhaps be manipulted by their mum, but professionally trained people WILL have the ability to tell the difference between a genuine experience and one told them.

If your estranged wife is accusing you of this and has gone to the police about it then it could get worse before it gets better, but has she just TOLD you she us going to the police? They will make some investigations and they have to take it seriously, but i would suggest that their mother will be looked at closly aswell , and so will any man she is in a relationship with, and so she could open a can of worms that harms so many people that your daughters will be confused.
has she approached the authorities? The police will not charge you unless the CPS is happy that the evidence is worth taking to court. If the child services feel the girls should be put into foster care because the mother is perhaps also a danger to them, then they will, has she really thought this through?
