a bit confusing as you said that you have not recieved the cheque then that its gone to the entitlements agency???
why don't you call the tax credit helpline number and tell them the situation, and hopefully they will be able to sort out the problem - if the agency have it maybe they can pass it on to you
hope you sort it out, bigboobs!

this was all to do with the hmrc its the refunds from 02/03 nothing to do with tax credits apparently ?? so we r told the actual letter is from hmrc sayin how much we r to get back ect and that its gone to the entitlments agency we dont have a dam clue who this is i was wondering if anyone else has had this dun to them ????
Hi ya
did you use and outisde agency to reclaim the money that had not been paid to you in 02/03?
If thats the case the HMRC sends you a letter telling you how much is owed - then this money gets sent to them
They take their 'fee' and send you a cheque for the rest
If you didnt use an outside agency - contact hmrc direct
hope this helps
good luck
