..You see long long ago before google and the internet-sounds like some kind of kids pop group- back in the mists of time we relied on other forms of reference. These reference sources were called ...books.
You see, I do know the answers to my own postings I just thought they may be of intrigue or maybe just simple pleasure to investigate for others,in other words ..a bit of fun..
By the way ..the book responsible is 'The Official Rules'(sub titled 'The definitive, annotated collection of laws, principles and instruction for dealing with the real world) by Paul Dickson first published in the USA in 1978.
