Solicitor not representing a client in seperation case!
Hi all, a friend of ours has recently seperated with his wife and child due to wife over exagerating on a domestic incident with the police.....because of this the husband got a caution and the wife got an injunction so the husband cannot even come to his own house which he is paying the morgage for!!!!
Agreed times have to be arranged through solicitors to see their only child as the mother doesn\'t want any contact with husband/father and hasn\'t given good enough reason for wanting a divorce, although it is suspected she is having an affair and is using anything against the the husband for court.
It was agreed that the husband could see the daughter for 2 hours on her birthday which is tomorrow but in the last few hrs the solictor called the husband to say she has had bad news and that the husband/father can only see the daughter for an hour because the grandparents have other commitments!!!!!!!
The solicitor said there was nothing she could do and left it at that!!!!!! This type of thing has been ongoing and the solicitor is not making any suggestions to help the situation......the wife seems to be getting what she wants!!!!! Any adcivce would be so appreciated.....thank you

When you say it was agreed that the husband could see the child for 2 hours, who was it agreed by?
I would say the husband needs to seek legal advice elsewhere and possibly pursue a contact order through the courts.
