Continuation of my boyfriend texting ex girlfriends

Prior to that last xmas I was staying with him at his mums from boxing day to New Year's Eve and he went out for an hour leavinghis phone which my Son picked up and started playing with and I of course took it off him so he didn't break it and it was on sent messages and it was a text from him to an ex girlfriend and he had put "Hi it's your future husband". What upsets me most is that he could say something like that to someone else when he has said to me on numerous occassions he has said to me he is not ready for marriage. Am I just a paranoid freak or what.

theres nothing wrong with still being on speaking terms with your ex or even agreeing to meet up for drink one time, whats wrong is that he is keeping it secret from you, or is it the case that you havent asked, therefore whats to tell? Casually ask him something like 'what do you plan to do this weekend' and see what he says. if he lies to you , then you know something funny is going on and you need to tell him that you already know. If he gets super pissed about you looking through his phone then thats your answer......hes being shady and you need to dump him - by text!

It just happened to be on 'sent messages'....yeah right. You go through someones phone and expect to find something you don't want to see. You don't know what went on between him and his ex...for all you know it could be private joke from years ago. Stop snooping. He probably hasn't told you he texted his ex because he knew what your reaction would be.
