Want To REALLY slow roast a 2kg brisket of beef . What temp / time is good?

The best recipe I've found for roast beef.
4lbs of beef
2 measures dark rum
2 " " Irish whiskey
2 " " Scotch whiskey
2 " " Jack Daniels
2 " " Southern Comfort.
1 teaspoon brown sugar.
Method.
Pre heat your oven to gas mark 7
Brown both ends of the beef in a hot frying pan then place
in an oven proof dish.
Pour all the drinks over the beef then sprinkle the sugar on top.
Place the beef in the oven for 1 to 2 hours.(rare to medium)
Take the beef out after half the cooking time to baste.
When the beef is cooked remove from the oven and allow it to rest.
Then throw the beef in the bin and drink the gravy. ( hic ! )
