I am utterly confused. I want to be able to log in under my old name

I am utterly confused. I want to be able to log in under my old name which is Tutubong. Yes I am indeed Tutubong! I still want to be Tutubong, but answerbank will not let me log in as Tutubong. When I try to do that I keep getting a message which says 'Ooops! Something funny happened to this account!' I have tried all sorts of things, to no avail. One day, for some unknown reason, after over a year of not being able to log on, I was suddenly able to log on. I posted happy messages telling everyone what had happened. Then, lo and behold, the very next time I tried to log on, I was back to square one. I remember a while ago, in desperation at being able to get in touch with theanswerbank, I tried to register under another name, just so that I could get in touch. I then couldn't use that either, then today it verified my account and I managed to log on under another name. I have sent messages to answerbank asking for help with my dilemma and have received receipts saying that my question has been received, yet I have never received any replies, nor help to log in under my old name, Tutubong. I am feeling bereft and do not want to pretend to be another person as I am as Tutubong now as I ever was. I am suffering an online identity crisis. Can anyone help me I wonder? I hope that I shall be able to sign in again under my other name, which is AryomGrob. Who knows? Since having a brain haemorrhage 13 years ago, my memory often plays silly tricks, but I am not a stupid person most of the time.

oh dear, I'm even more confused now. I'm going to bed. Will see what I can do about all this tomorrow. Thank you all for your replies. If I have been banned, I haven't been told and I don't think I've done anything wrong. The worst thing I have ever done is re registered under a different name. I feel bad about that, but at least I've been honest about it and said why I did it. It was only so I could contact answerbank again to try to get a solution to my problem of logging on as Tutubong again. :-(

Just use the email addy I have posted, it is the spare ed's personal email (as opposed to the AB editor email)
