Does he like me or what does he want?
there's a guy at work and from my first day he was very nice to me...

For the first few weeks he would chat to me and found out through another colleague that I spoke another language..so he started talking to me in that language...

Quite frequently he comes up to my desk and asks questions about me and my country...

When we make eye contact there is a big spark and I'm sure he can feel the chemistry...it feels very different...I'm 32 and haven't felt like this for a very long time...

We went to a work function and my friend who was sitting next to me said that he was looking at me from the opposite table...and then look away....

It's now holidays and on the last day he asked me what Ｉwas doing for the week..I said that i'm going away to visit a friend and he asked if it was a boy or a girl who I was visiting..

I feel the spark and Ｉthink we get on well...how long shall I wait for him to ask me out?

when he mentioned he asked if I'm staying with a girl or boy it made me realise he's keen...

Why don't you ask him out if you like him? It's 2011 not 1973

Suggest a works evening out to others and invite him along. Does not have to be a function maybe bowling or something where you can chat and have fun at the same time without committing yourself too much. He could be shy so having a social gathering rather than "one on one" means there is no pressure on either of you. It does sound as though he is interested so go for it.
