earphones for small ears

Regular earphones like the ones which come with iPods are too big and I can't get them in my ears. I currently have a pair of the apple ear bud earphones with the adjustable outers but even the smallest one of these is too big for my ears and they fall out even when I am sitting still.
Can anyone recommend any good earphones which could fit. I have tried the ones also which hook over your ears but I'm not so keen on them.

I have one pair of each of these abd can't recommend them enough. 3 sets of buds come with them, plus a foam pair for custom fit:
