I love Aldi or Morrisons 'cloudy' real lemonade with no added sugar, and Asda's Tropical (like lilt but tangier) pineapple and grapefruit, and going back a while I used to love a drink called Quattro - can't get it anymore :-(
Hi Kate, just to jump back to a previous point who said 'you can't have ice cream'.....of course you can. As long as you count the carbohdrate into your meals and adjust your diet/insulin (if taken) accordingly then you go for it.....!
p.s. Diet Pepsi for me but I love an old fashioned Dand + Burd now and again.
Elderflower cordial n fizzy water loads of ice.... or summer fruit sugar free squash in fizzy water or pepsi mac.... but just lately I've been drinking a lot of bitter lemon....
hmm yes, bitter lemon is nice, i love the sharpness of it, hence why i eat alot of lemons.
i also like a cold diet tonic water too,
and an ice cold glass of coke with ice
