I hope this question will not find me in hot water

Not sure if this is the right area for this question, but will ask it all the same. I would just like to know the best way to clean an electric kettle. Should I use denture cleaning tablets like I do for mugs, or should I use bleach? Failing that is there any special kettle cleaning fluid I can use?
What do the rest of you use in this instance, and thanks once again for any replies.

Just bought some descaler tablets from Poundland. If you follow the instructions your kettle should be scale free.
I wouldn't use bleach personally but whatever you use you need to make sure you put fresh water in and boil it up and empty it a few times so that it's clear of the cleaner.
Hope this helps.
