There's a letter in this month's Running Fitness magazine from a reader who lives in the Malverns, and who says she's lucky because, when she runs, she can refill her water bottle from natural springs.
Would anyone here drink spring water around where they live?
Is it safe?
Isn't it full of bugs, and dead sheep?

sherrard, I cant's really see any harm in Malvern if it is genuine spring water.
Even mountain streams that are fast running are ok to drink - if there is a dead sheep in it, you are ok drinking water within 5 yards upstream but the Rescue recommended not drinking it within 300 yards downstream, adjusting the distances given the flow rate......

We can get free spring water from where I live as well, but think there is bugs in it also.
I use a ceramic water filter which I have kindly listed below. I have had it for many months and the water is nearly as good as spring water. See the link below:
