I am interested to know brands but also how drinkable low cal wine is. I know weightwatchers do wine but can never find it.
I drink dry whites and rose's and love cava, can anyone advise which brand/ type are kinder to the body?

I used to think decaf. coffee was good until I found out that the process of decaffing. it involved all sorts of horrible processes which were in themselves harmful, I should think apart from the strange taste whhich low cal. mixers have.
Indeed, watered wine, or 'spritzers' (wine with I forget what) & some ice would reduce the sugar content over the drinking time, but I should think you would only be happy with that on balmy summer evenings - if you remember those? Organic - good. Vegan - good if you want to avoid isinglass. What do diabetics have?
