I bought a bottle of MW yesterday and enjoyed it at first but as I got to the bottom of the glass I thought it was too sweet - any suggests what I can add to counter balance the sweetness

TIA

by the way if you ever make your own, don't buy an expensive red, not so cheap that it's disgusting but 4 or 5 quid would do, plus all the other ingredients makes quite a lot. I love mulled wine on a cold winters day, sitting by the pub fire, toasting my toes.

stick some dry red wine in it if you have some. Also better to make your own, infinitely preferable to the shop variety, more too....

i have no idea if it will work, but it's worth a try, i have made my
own in the past, for Christmas, and the cold winter and it was fab
