Brown Bread
I like all of those you mention Mario. Boxtops, I love olives, I will look for that in Tesco tomorrow!
Home made bread (sourdough or yeast raised ) is usually better than factory bread. Sadly the quality of bread made in France(other than that made by artisan bakers) has plummeted. Most local bakers buy in their dough from a factory so it is mostly rubbish.
As Eccles said, it depends..marmalade doesn't quite work on toasted ciabatta.
Wheaten farls straight from the bakery and still warm. With a boiled egg they made a tasty breakfast.
" If I wanted to munch carpet I would".

Hahaha! Oh, that's just given me a much-needed chuckle :D

Ciabatta for me. Preferably dipped into a pot of balsamic oil :-)
Sun dried Tomato & Herb bread for me please :)
Blimmin hungry now reading through this...
Kitchen has gone for a burton, and no cooker, so no chance of knocking up a decent fresh loaf in this house :((
