Can you buy this gorgeous whiskey in the U.K ... more specifically London?

I've heard that it's an export label and only red label can be bought in the U.K.

Can someone help me out?

Cheers Mullein1.

Yes - you can get JW Blue at Fortnum & Mason for 150.

Originally JW had the Red and Black labels (the black has a higher proportion of malt whisky) but the popularity of the brand in the rich Asian market, and that markets perception that the more you paid the better the product and the more prestige it brought on you for serving it, meant JW kept bringing out more expensive labels.

If you like whisky, rather than brand names, check out what the link from kosoro says  At the heart of Blue Label is Royal Lochnagar, a rare malt distilled near Balmoral, the Queen's holiday home.

So it seems that the rare malt Royal Lochnagar is what gives JW Blue its distinctive flavour. Well, the good news is that you can buy a bottle of Royal Lochnagar Malt Whisky for just 26.50 at F&M

A blend at 150 or a straight malt at 26.50? No contest as far as I'm concerned.
