The cocktail...
Spicy rum (Oakheart being my choice, other rums are available)
Juice of half a lime (Lime cordial will do at a push)
Ginger beer (preferably Crabbies alcoholic but any will make a very acceptable Dark and Stormy)
Give it a go, it’s lovely.
