In 1992 Labour lead by Kinnochio were miles ahead in the polls with a landslide predicted. Labour MPs were openly preparing for government. Kinnochio himself was so confident he held a victory rally a few days before.....

....oh dear. Well the WW at least acknowledges what an error that was and how you cannot take the electorate for granted. Do you think Sir Beer Korma has taken this episode on board?

I think he definitely has in fact I wouldn't be surprised if he plays that speech to himself  every night 😃

I think all parties will remember that episode very well and will have learned from it.

For the undecideds that kind of arrogance is a sure fire way of getting them to vote for the other lot. 

I doubt we'll ever see a repetition of it.

I love the name Sir Beer Korma, it brilliantly crystallises the beer and curry social he had during Covid, with people he didn't usually work with, and that he 'forgot' skanky Raynor was there.

 

But his curry party was acceptable. Funny that.
