Does anyone know of a website I can look at that will tell me how healthy what I eat/drink is, on a daily/weekly basis?
Was just wondering if there's a site I can log onto, punch in what I eat/drink, - and then let it calculate for me let's say how many calories I'm getting through, or if it's balanced, or what food groups I should eat more/less of etc.
Just curious because I'm trying to eat enough fruit and veg. a day and cut down on my alcohol intake. I stopped smoking nearly 2 years ago and have not had a single one since, and am really pleased about that. But I drink a half bottle of red wine in the evening, pretty much every day. I know this is too much but am consoling myself a little, firstly because it's red wine (and I'm going with the old "a little is good for you" theory) and also because I eat more healthier now than I ever have done. I have fresh fruit and fruit juice every day, and vegetables in the evening with a little meat and rice/pasta etc. Also I drink much more water than I ever used to.
Any help on this greatly appreciated!
