Does anyone know where you can buy the vanilla rum they drink in the carribean. Over there it is known as 'hooch" as they make it themselves. Or does anyone have any ideas on how to make it?? I've tried infusing vanilla pods into a bottle of dark rum but its not the same. The stuff they make is quite thick and syrupy, more like a liquer
