Help! Opened orange juice1!!

I really fancy a ricard and fresh orange juice but the shop has closed and the only juice that I have was opened weeks ago! It's within it's use by date but will it still be okay to drink?

I very much doubt it. The pack should say something like 'Once opened, keep refrigerated. Treat as fresh juice and consume within 3 days', or somesuch. The juice when packaged has been treated in much the same way as UHT milk, and you wouldn't want to use that some weeks after being opened, even if it was within its 'Best Before' date on the carton!

I poured out a 1 week old pineapple juice the other day and it was green!
