Apple Juice

Has anyone got any methods for preventing home made apple juice from turning brown please?

I've always added either a bit of fresh orange or lemon juice. The lemon tends to work better. I also do this when I make fruit salads and it keeps the apples from turning brown as well. Give it a try. I don't think you will be disappointed

Indeedie Fr Bill , I have my poppy . Have a good weekend yourself though I can imagine you will be busy . I was supposed to be going to Snowden with my son today but I am not well enough for the long journey today . We will get though one day soon . :-)
